Freddie Mac Supplemental Apartment Loans


The Freddie Mac supplemental loan program provides split and seasoned options. With a seasoned supplemental loan, obtain financing in addition to an existing loan without the cost of a full refinance. This program provides fixed- and floating-rate options.

Reserve Requirements- Origination of a supplemental loan behind a securitized loan will trigger collection of any deferred reserves for that first loan
- Real estate tax reserve, even if not required for the first loan
